EdCast is pleased to announce the company’s recognition as one of the Top 50 “Best Companies for Diversity” and Top 50 “Best CEOs” in the country for small-to-midsize companies by Comparably.com.
These Comparably Awards are derived from 10 million ratings from employees across 60,000 companies. In addition to recognizing Karl Mehta as one of the overall Best CEOs of 2020, the workplace culture and compensation monitoring site identified the Best Companies for Diversity from the sentiment rankings of employees of color on 20 different workplace culture categories, from compensation and work-life balance to work environment and perks and benefits.
“We are humbled to be included on Comparably’s lists again in 2020,” says Karl Mehta, Founder and CEO of EdCast. “Since our founding, EdCast has been completely committed to corporate learning and upskilling as well as diversity and inclusion–for both our employees and our clients’ employees. I am pleased and humbled at our recognition resulting from these efforts, which we continue to build on.”
“The best leaders understand the importance of having an inclusive environment for all in the workplace,” said Comparably CEO Jason Nazar. “Employees of color rated EdCast as one of the best places to work in 2020, which is a testament to Karl Mehta’s strong leadership and the company’s diverse and transparent culture.”
